CyRay believes that every person, regardless of ability, has the right to access information and services online with dignity and equality. We are committed to making cyray.io accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

01Our Commitment to Accessibility

Under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Service Accessibility Regulations, 5773-2013, we are required to provide accessible digital services to all users. We take this obligation seriously - not only as a legal matter, but as a core part of how we build and maintain our website.

CyRay has taken active steps to adapt cyray.io to meet the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568, aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is an ongoing commitment: we continuously review and improve the site's accessibility as our content evolves.

03Accessibility Features

The following accessibility measures have been implemented on cyray.io:

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements can be accessed and operated using a keyboard alone. Tab order follows a logical sequence throughout the page.

Screen Reader Compatibility

The site uses semantic HTML and ARIA labels, enabling compatibility with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Color Contrast (WCAG 1.4.3)

Text and interactive elements maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1, meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.

Heading Hierarchy (WCAG 2.4.10)

All pages use a structured heading hierarchy (H1-H4) allowing screen reader users to navigate page structure efficiently.

Image Alt Text

All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.

Responsive Design

The site adapts to all screen sizes and supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Audio & Video (WCAG 1.2.1-1.2.3)

cyray.io does not currently publish video or audio content. Should media be added, it will include captions and transcripts.

Language Declaration

The page language is explicitly declared in HTML, allowing screen readers to apply correct pronunciation rules.

04Known Limitations & Ongoing Work

We are transparent about areas where our accessibility is still being improved:

No Accessibility Widget

The site does not yet have a dedicated accessibility widget for adjusting font size, contrast, or display preferences. We are evaluating solutions and plan to integrate one during 2026.

No Designated Accessibility Coordinator

We do not currently have a formally appointed Accessibility Coordinator. Accessibility inquiries are handled directly by our team. We are working to assign a dedicated coordinator as the organisation grows.

Third-Party Content

Certain embedded third-party tools may not fully conform to accessibility standards. We have no direct control over third-party interfaces but work to minimise their presence and select accessible alternatives.

We conduct periodic accessibility reviews and address issues on a rolling basis. Your feedback directly shapes our improvement roadmap.
