Proposed licence for the dash/Unicode LOLBIN parser-acceptance matrix (the data in
MATRIX.md) and the probe under probe/. MIT is proposed because this asset is meant to be
used, not guarded: a detection engineer should be able to run the probe on their own
Windows build, copy the matrix into their own tests, and build derivative detections
without seeking permission. MIT places the fewest obligations on that use while still
requiring attribution, which is all primary research needs to travel. If a stronger
attribution guarantee is wanted specifically for the data table, an alternative is to keep
the code under MIT and license MATRIX.md under CC BY 4.0; that choice is left to the owner.
